Cancer Care Support Signposting in the Peninsula

What? The aim of this webinar is to highlight the support available to people living with cancer and their families across the Peninsula and make sure that no one goes unsupported because they are not aware of a service in their local area.
We welcome Robin Pritchard, who will talk about the Cancer Care Map – an online resource to help people living with cancer find care and support services in their local area, anywhere in the UK.
We also will highlight details of our local cancer information & support services, which offer in person, over the phone or online support & advice to help navigate the complexities of a cancer diagnosis.
