The National Disease Registration Service (NDRS) have compiled resources to support new and existing staff with tumour site-specific knowledge and recording Cancer Outcomes and Services Dataset (COSD) and staging: ​Cancer data training materials - NDRS​

The Aspirant Cancer Career and Education Development (ACCEND) programme have produced an e-learning programme to support supportive and assistive staff with the foundations of cancer. ​

Guy’s Cancer Academy have produced a short e-learning course to support staff who are new to a cancer admin role, and includes what cancer is, treatment options, and the impact cancer can have on patients and their families:​ An introduction to cancer for admin and clerical (A&C) staff​

Cancer Pathway Management Course - NHS England

Developed by the Elective Care Improvement Support Team (now GIRFT - Elective) at NHS England, this course focuses on essential skills for cancer pathway management through practical, self-paced modules. NHS staff can access four one-hour modules and interact with peers and experienced tutors over a seven-week period.

To participate, register with your official NHS email on our QI Learning Platform and enrol in the course. Follow these steps:
